CRAIG MODISHER
Principal
Craig has over 8 years of experience on residential projects all over the US, and in Mexico and Australia.  His interest in building started with straw bale construction and earthen plasters and evolved to modern green building techniques and materials.

Craig's passion is being involved with a project from foundation and framing through finish trim work. His experience everyday in the field coupled with his training in natural building, timber framing, and Passive House construction has prepared him to be part of Ironwood's design team and foreman for the crew's day to day activities.

Craig's discerning eye ensures the craftsmanship and quality of each project are up to the Ironwood standard.  He also maintains informative communication with our clients, making sure their needs are met in a timely and economic fashion.  Being a leader at Ironwood Builders has allowed Craig the opportunity to create buildings that meet people's needs aesthetically and functionally, while helping to preserve our environment and conserve our resources.
